7th grade PHYSICAL SCIENCE..We are currently studying WAVES and WAVE BEHAVIOR
Monday, Mar. 1--More wave notes; no HW
Tuesday, Mar. 2--Read and discuss sections 1 and 2 from Ch. 16 on waves; no HW
Wednesday, Mar. 3--Read Ch. 16, sec.3 and discuss reflection, refraction, diffraction,, and interference....Received study guide for the TEST WHICH WILL BE NEXT WEDNESDAY over waves; HW--finish the first page (front only) for HW if you did not finish it in class
Thursday, Mar. 4--Finish the study guide tonight-- I will check it for completion tomorrow then we will go over all answers to make sure that you have it corrected before the weekend (and studying for next Wednesday's test)
Friday, Mar. 5--Review the study guide (and check your own answers!)

8th grade EARTH SCIENCE -- We are currently studying the ATMOSPHERE AND WEATHER and the TEST WILL BE ON TUESDAY, MAR. 9
Monday, Mar. 1--"Weather in the Classroom" videos; More notes on weather, fronts, and high and low pressure systems; no HW
Tuesday, Mar. 2--Received study guide today for next TUESDAY'S TEST OVER ch. 11 and Ch. 12-- HW finish the first page for HW tonight.
Wednesday, Mar. 3--Work in groups preparing a slideshow of an assigned weather instrument (will be turned in at end of class--and presented tomorrow); HW--finish study guide up to the words CH. 12 WEATHER
Thursday, Mar. 4--Finish the study guide for Ch. 11 and Ch. 12 today (if not in class finish it tonight for HW)
Friday, Mar. 5--Go over the study guide

9th BIOLOGY--We are now in our ZOOLOGY UNIT--Comparative Anatomy and Physiology
Monday, Mar. 1--Dissecting of the starfish; HW--Starfish LAB REPORT SHEETS due on Wednesday (two nights for this HW)!

Tuesday, Mar. 2--Work on lab for starfish and
Wednesday, Mar. --Starfish labs due; work on chart for crayfish

Thursday, Mar. 4--Crayfish chart is due at beginning of today's class; Go over the systems of the crayfish (begin this)
Friday, Mar. 5--Finish the crayfish systems discussion today; Lab will be on Monday Mar. 8, and Quiz over crayfish will be on Tuesday, Mar.9

11th grade HAP -- We are currently studying the ENDOCRINE SYSTEM
Monday, Mar. 1--Last SENSES exhibitions; Intro. to Endocrine System; HW--Research and find 3 ways that the Nervous and Endocrine Systems are alike and then 5 things specific to either the nervous or the endocrine systems and make sure to note which system it is
Tuesday, Mar. 2--Discuss nervous system vs. endocrine system; Endocrine notes from slideshow
Wednesday, Mar. 3--More endocrine notes today

Thursday, Mar. 4--Continue going over the endocrine system notes (from slideshow); QUIZ TOMORROW over endocrine system...there will be no test on endocrine
Friday, Mar. 5--ENDOCRINE QUIZ today!
